Mutt Lynch Winery
Dogs are Welcome Here
Brenda Lynch of Mutt Lynch Winery has opened a fabulous tasting room on the Windsor Town Green – a vibrant, tasteful array of shops and restaurants with upstairs condominiums clustered around a manicured park. The tasting room is large and bright, with avocado green walls, dyed cement floors and rustic furniture placed around the room. Large windows let in plenty of Sonoma County sunshine. The walls are decorated with amazing dog paintings and prints from Brenda’s personal collection. A large, granite-topped bar spans the back of the room. The overall vibe in the tasting room is of relaxed, understated elegance, without an ounce of pretension.
Brenda is both winery owner and winemaker at Mutt Lynch Winery. She uses traditional, handcrafted styles to produce an array of delicious, award-winning wines. At Mutt Lynch they measure success in two ways: by the number of charities they help and the number of awards they garner for their winemaking. Mutt Lynch has assisted more than 80 animal organizations. The winery has also been acknowledged by Forbes Magazine for the Coolest Wine Labels 2014 (mbf Primitivo, Unleashed Chardonnay, “Rusty” Muttitage) from San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition’s Label Sweepstake and Best of Class/Series for its “mbf” (Man’s Best Friend) series of wine – the second consecutive year they have won this prestigious award.
The wines are reasonably priced ($15 - $50 per bottle) and wine clubs are available for savvy wine lovers with discriminating taste.
Mutt Lynch Winery is also available for dog parties, barkmitzvas and special charity events.
