Lunchtime Gallery Talk with Andrew Moore
Take an art break during your lunch hour with photographer Andrew Moore as he gives an in-depth talk about his work in the Art Museum. From New York City, Mr. Moore teaches in the MFA program at the School of Visual Arts, and in 2014, he was a recipient of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship. He has six works in the current exhibition Time & Place: Human Impact and our Changing Environment. Through his vividly colored, large-scale photographs of architectural structures and landscapes across the world, including works on view from Cuba and Detroit, Moore captures a strong sense of place while also complicating our linear understanding of time.
