We know that during this strange time, we are all increasingly aware of our overall health and wellness. The stresses of constantly adjusting and pivoting our lives due to the pandemic has left many of us devoid of time for self-care. Let's admit that exercise and space for reflection has taken a back-seat for many of us as we struggle to balance telecommuting, homeschooling, relationships hampered by social distancing, and overall economic concerns.
We invite you to intentionally carve out time for quiet, movement, and a little self pampering in the open air of our vineyard. Join Yogi Chelcy Westphal Johnson, of Mindful Movement Collective, as we strive to take a breath. This will be good for the body and soul, especially when followed by a lovely glass of bubbly!
