Wine Dining — Elegant Small Plates Wine, Food Pairing
St. Francis Winery introduces two new exciting wine and food pairing experiences! Winemaker Tom Mackey and Executive Chef Andrew Cain have collaborated to create an exceptional small plate tasting menu that showcases the repertoire of St. Francis wines and the range of Chef Andrew’s culinary talents. For only $45 per person guests can enjoy four plated pairings while seated in the elegant dining room with views of Mt. Hood. Wine, Cheese & Charcuterie is a new wine and food pairing experience that offers a flight of four St. Francis wines paired with a selection of artisan cheeses, salamis and charcuterie bites created by the Executive Chef. This al fresco experience offers views of majestic mountains at breathtaking vineyards for $25 per person.

St. Francis Executive Chef Andrew Cain was raised in the Washington, DC metro area but the rural influences of his grandfather, who owned a working farm, made his own wine, and raised bees, contributed to his life-long interest in a farm-to-table culinary philosophy. After graduating from the CIA, he expanded his international food knowledge with travels to the culinary centers of Europe. Chef Andrew’s impressive resume – Citronelle, French Laundry and El Dorado Kitchen – shows his dedication to hone his craft from the very best. He continues to seek out food producers who meet his standards for fresh, seasonal foods. Today, at St. Francis Winery, Andrew uses his wonderful French and California Mediterranean style and culinary artistry to greatly enhance the guest’s wine and food experience. With three tasting options daily, you will surely find what you’re looking for at St. Francis Winery Visitor Center. Located at 100 Pythian Road at Highway 12 in Santa Rosa, the visitor center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 1-888-675-WINE or visit www.stfranciswinery.com.
