Domaine Carneros
Perched high on a hill, the Chateau is lovely and enchanting. Open daily for tastings, Domaine Carneros is the California expression for famed wine house, Champagne Taittinger. For pairings, flights of wine matched with bites of artisan cheese and other accoutrements are available in the elegant salon, on the terrace overlooking Napa Valley, or in the glass garden conservatory. Reservations required.
