Right now, Ian McPhee is concentrating on providing Tin City visitors a place where they can make the most of their tasting room visits by serving up satisfying, familiar, tasty food items.  Ian plans future menu expansion, as we work our way out of the pandemic and lockdowns; “we plan to open a meat counter featuring many of the same protein items found on the McPhees Grill menu, including our BBQ sauces and even some dinner kits.  We’d like to expand to dinner, with a 3-course prix fixe menu, plus menu and service items as circumstances dictate.  Looking forward, we have a blank canvas to work with-and are excited for the possibilities moving into 2021.”
