As winemaker, Stephen Dooley gets to guide that process so that the end-result is delicious tasting wine.
A portion of Stephen Ross grapes are estate-grown and harvested from their Stone Corral Vineyard in Edna Valley. The rest are sourced from premium growers throughout San Luis Obispo County’s Edna Valley, Santa Maria Valley, Monterey County and Paso Robles who share his focus on organic and ethical farming practices.
Along with a commitment to producing high-quality wines, Stephen Ross is committed to growing grapes in a sustainable and organic method. Stone Corral, Stephen Ross’ estate vineyard, is SIP certified.
