Santa Barbara Shellfish Company was established in 1980 as a buying station for local Santa Barbara shellfish and fish and a place to sell crab. Over the years they've learned how to serve shellfish from recipes their family has appreciated and interpreted from their fishermen friends along the many coasts that they have traveled.
