Ferrari-Carano Wine Tasting with Charcuterie

Enoteca Reserve Tasting

Enoteca, “wine library” in Italian, is the ultimate setting for a tasting of the top-rated limited-release and reserve wines from Ferrari-Carano. These wines are available primarily at the winery or through their wine club offerings. Located in the cellar and on the lower floor of the Villa, opposite their stunning wine barrel room, the Enoteca was expressly created for the more discerning taster. Sample smaller and limited-production wines like their highly acclaimed Pinot Noirs from Anderson Valley, Vineyard Select Chardonnays from Russian River Valley, Cabernet Sauvignons from their mountain ranches in Alexander Valley, and more.
Salon-style tasting offered Thursday through Sunday, 11am to 5pm by appointment. Taste five wines for $50, wine club $40, reservations are required. Add a charcuterie board for $25, club $20.

Ferrari-Carano Garden

A Gardener’s Delight

Visitors from across the globe flock to the winery each spring to view the dazzling display of thousands of bright tulips planted in the winery gardens. The five-acre site has been designed in an Italian/French Parterre style with an organic culinary garden and formal ornamental enclosures – each geometric shape connected to a path leading to the wonderful collection of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals. The Enclosed Garden at the front of the winery welcomes guests in a park-like setting before unveiling a more formal emphasis on color and texture at the top of the garden, expertly cultivated for a year-round display of beauty and scent.

Ferrari-Carano Brunch

Sycamore Grove Wine & Brunch

A truly decadent way to start your Sunday while wine tasting in the valley. The “La Colazione Italiana” (breakfast, Italian style) features dishes prepared with fresh vegetables and herbs picked from their estate garden along with dairy and meat provisions sourced hyper locally from farms in Sonoma County. Delicious Italianate brunch favorites like Prosciutto Benedict, Garden Frittata, Porchetta Sandwich or a Brunch Pizza are a few examples of what makes this seasonal menu worth returning for often. A flight of wines with a choice of one entrée and a sweet wine finish completes this special experience.
Offered Sundays, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $85 per person/
$68 wine club member. Reservations and prepayment required.
