Seven Angels Cellars
A Divine Tasting Experience

Seven Angels Cellars (named after Pamela and Greg Martin’s blended family of seven children – or seven angels), has a spacious, relaxing patio, overlooking pastoral hills and vineyards, where you can sip back, enjoy award-winning wines, and simply … feel divine.
A visit to this family-owned winery, located in Templeton (10 minutes south of Paso Robles), will please all of your senses, as you enjoy sampling an assortment of their small-production white and red wines.

Seven Angels Rolling Hills

You may start out (as I did) with the Viognier, a fragrant, aromatic wine, perfect for sipping on a warm afternoon.  Following your whites, you will be treated to various reds.  Although focusing on Rhone varietals, there are also Bordeaux blends and single varietals as well as a Pinot Noir.  The tasting menu will change with the season and availability, but whatever you are sampling, you will experience Greg and Pamela’s passion and love of the vine.  Their love, dedication and passion has been well rewarded with silver and gold medals from respected wine competitions, and several ratings in the 90’s from Wine Spectator magazine.

The patio is expansive, and tables are well spaced so that you will feel more than comfortable as you relax, enjoying the pastoral view in front of you, sipping elegant wines, and chatting with Greg, Pamela or their close friends and compatriots, Denise or John.
If this is your first visit, you may arrive as strangers, but you will leave as friends and family, feeling as if you have been surrounded by “the Angels.”
