Support Rescue Animals with Frank Family Vineyards
Throughout the month of November, Frank Family is donating 20% of all proceeds from each online purchase of their 2018 Napa Valley Merlot to the Humane Society of the United States.

Renowned, Calistoga-based Frank Family Vineyards bid farewell to their beloved winery dog, Bristol earlier this year. Bristol was the winery’s official greeter, harvest helper, and Winemaker Todd Graff’s “right-paw” for 15 years. From tasting grapes straight off the vine to swimming in the reservoir at their estate Benjamin Vineyard, Bristol certainly lived the quintessential Napa Valley pup lifestyle. He was adored by everyone who visited the tasting room and will be dearly missed.

Frank Family's Bristol

In Bristol’s honor, Frank Family is proud to partner with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), whose incredible work for animals is a fitting tribute to their rescue pup’s memory. The Humane Society is the world’s most effective animal welfare organization who confronts the largest problems facing animals through the areas of public policy, education, and direct care. Their impactful work has made animal cruelty a felony in every state, saved thousands of lives by shutting down puppy mills through raids and policy efforts, and provided hands-on care to millions of animals through rescue teams, veterinary programs, care centers, and sanctuaries.

Frank Family Merlot

Throughout the month of November, Frank Family is donating 20% of all proceeds from each online purchase of their 2018 Napa Valley Merlot to the HSUS to support the charity’s lifesaving work. Plus, each bottle purchase of Frank Family 2018 Napa Valley Merlot includes a free limited-edition Frank Family dog bandana until November 30, while supplies last.

Magnum with FFV Bandana

“This holiday season, we hope you join us in sharing a bottle of Merlot with your loved ones, both in person and on social media, and help spread the word for our cause every time your furry friend wears our exclusive Frank Family bandana,” said Co-Proprietor, Leslie Frank. “Your support makes it possible for the Humane Society to help save the lives of all animals and to advocate on their behalf,” she continued.

Since Frank Family’s first Frank for a Cause campaign benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in 2018, the winery has donated over $100,000 to deserving charities across the nation; including the James Beard Foundation, Feeding America, and Autism Speaks. Rich and Leslie Frank are planning new charitable initiatives for 2022 and are excited to continue to give back. Supporters of Frank Family’s ongoing charitable campaigns on social media are encouraged to use #FrankForACause. The Humane Society of the United States

Founded in 1954, the Humane Society of the United States fights the big fights to end suffering for all animals. Together with millions of supporters, they take on puppy mills, factory farms, trophy hunts, animal testing and other cruel industries. With their affiliates, the HSUS rescues and cares for tens of thousands of animals every year through their animal rescue team’s work and other hands-on animal care services. They fight all forms of animal cruelty to achieve the vision behind their name: A humane society. “We’re thrilled that Frank Family Vineyards chose the Humane Society of the United States as their “Frank for a Cause” benefiting charity this holiday season and can’t wait to see the positive impact this partnership has on our lifesaving work for animals around the world,” said Kristie Tanner, Director of Business Partnerships for the Humane Society of the United States.
